Convenient The first room we were assigned had dirty towels and a messy bed. We were given another room that was fine. There was a stain on the comforter. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It was either an old muffin or cereal bar. We knew it wouldn't be a full course meal but, there was not even bottled water available.

Not a good 2nd impression This was my second stay within a week. I came in for the new year to visit family. I again checked in at around 3 AM. Even though I had a confirmation email, they could not find my reservation. They had me booked for the prior day. Not a good second impression. I will not stay again. I was able to get a late check out. They extended it by 30 mins. No apology or remorse was shown that they had made an error on my reservation.

Conveniet to shopping and eating I arrived at about 3 AM. I requested a late check out and was denied. Upset me beings that the hotel was not very crowded at all. The bath tub had what seemed to be hair from down under every where. (I was not happy that I had too clean that at 330 in the morning). I did not even call to desk about the issue since I was already upset over the 1030 AM check out. I was visiting family and I was late arriving. Comfortable stay. Helpful staff I stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel. It was comfortable. Staff was helpful.

It wasn't bad The hotel was a little off the beaten path, and hard for us to find, but that may have been the result of out GPS not being recently updated. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The accommodations were clean, but plain. The shower grouting could use some bleaching to remove the mildew. I didn't like the room smell as it reminded me of a locker room when we first entered. Recipe was not issued. Told to ask hotel.com to issue receipt.

The hotel did not issue receipts. Told to contact hotel. Com for receipts. This is rediculoud
