Easy access to 95 We waited over 15 minutes to check in due to hotel staff being unable to locate Hotels.com reservation. Television didn't work and the hotels grounds were not well kept. Needed trash thrown away and leaves, tree limbs picked up. The room was clean but counters were stained.

A Basic Room If you are doing business in the Christiana area and need a basic place to stay with no fluff and a moderate price Homestead is the place for you. The location is the best characteristic of the suite hotel, everything else is very average. The price for a thursday $87 was more than the a little bit more than the hotel was worth. The bed linens were very midiocre.
Convenient I was a participant in a Poker Tournament at the Delaware Park Casino, which is about 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was very clean and also surprisingly quiet. I would recommend this hotel to friend and family. JM
Clean and Comfortable Stayed here overnight. Good area, easy to find. Room was clean and not noisy. Service was prompt and the receptionist called in to make sure everything was okay. The kitchen was cool; pots and pans were provided along with a frig and stove. Good place for someone on business.
Very nice place to stay Room was well designed with room to move around. Staff was very helpful.
Decent Place The location was good for where I had to go for work. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked them to be and seemed to be slightly old. There was a lot of noise from other rooms that could be heard.
Very Nice Everything was great and clean only issue was the bed it was very hard to sleep on.
stay was ok, nothing great The air conditioner was not working properly and my friend could not sleep whole night. The rooms are not sound proof i could clearly hear the television dialogues from the next room which disturbed my sleep...........
