We made reservations and one hour prior to arrival I was notified the property could not honor my booking due to overbooking! It took many emails and 2 calls, waiting 45 minutes for hotels.com to reserve a new room after going back and forth with them! A complete shot show all the way!

The hotel has a bed bug infestation which they choose to ignore. I have reached out to the delaware board of health and am awaiting a reply. Also the room was filthy and the overall safety of the facility is questionable. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room not ready. Ended up leaving without checking in. More of a homeless shelter than hotel. Expedia needs to credit my account cost since we had to go to a different hotel.

I have never had an experience like this... the room was incredibly dirty, the air conditioner and refrigerator did not work. There was no telephone, coffee pot, or TV remote. The bathroom floor was covered in water and brown..... something. The bed mattress was so hard I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. The bathroom toilet leaks there was mold in the shower and there were roaches coming out of the bathroom.

Those rooms were very dirty and disgusting didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there the staff was nice but as soon as we checked in we checked right back out
