My interactions with the hotel staff were limited, but they were courteous and professional, with no issues to report. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was deeply disappointing. The hallways were visibly dirty and had an unpleasant odor, particularly noticeable at night. This significantly detracted from our stay. The shower had dirt or mold all black spots all over it. There was a left over bar of soap on the ledge of shower. And it looked like it was never cleaned. There was no hand soap in the whole place or paper towels. We asked for a kitchen set to cook since there was a stove provided. Nothing to clean the dishes with. The couches were cracked and warn down. Felt dirty. The kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges. I usually love Extended stay. This location was definitely not a good one. Never going back to this location.

This facility is in poor condition with really ugly stained carpets, lot of trash in the parking lot, broken, shower curtain, poorly draining shower tub, and lack of kitchen utensils.

The staff there were very welcoming and nice. The hotel itself was very ran down and dirty. Definitely needs plenty of renovations. It was like staying at a motel. I will not be returning.

Smell like dog, broken furniture tub was peeling furniture was horrible staff very friendly I didn’t even stay check out the same night
