Don’t expect the usual quality from Extended Stay When we checked in we were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, you could literally smell it from the hallway, it was disgusting. I walked over to open the window and there was a huge pile of ashes on the windowsill. How did the cleaners not catch this?? One of the points in the 10 point inspection is “windows” so clearly they skipped that point. Staff friendly, accommodations not great. Recently stayed here with my family, including 3 young kids. You just need to know what you're signing up for. We've stayed at a few extended stays that were fine, but this particular one did not meet standards. Room was dirty- had a stain on one of the pillowcases, towel in the bathroom had visible black shoe outline and the tub was visibly dirty with black marks and mold(could not give my kids a bath in it). The property is in terrible shape, and if it weren’t for the location, it would not have much occupancy. The bathroom is dated and not maintained, and the ventilation system makes it so that you can smell what everyone else is cooking.
