Worst hotel experience ever Check in was good, very friendly rep however she failed to inform us about work that was taking place on the compound ( right outside our room) to make things worse around 2am their was a fire scare which caused the evacuation of the hotel, all this time no rep was present so getting back to your room with a key…..

The room is OK but kitchen was empty and refrigerator was sp dirty outside and bathroom conditions are huge dissaster. All 3 days the water was falling fro ceiling in the bathroom.

The room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled awful as soon as you come off the elevator. The tub was dirty and looked like it had mold on it. The shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall. The “clean” towels were definitely not clean. The bathroom sink was stained. The carpets were ripped up and felt dirty. The only thing that stopped us from leaving and finding another place to stay was that the sheets were clean.
