Won't return While the staff were all very friendly and attentive to us, the hotel felt run down. First impression was bad when upon arrival the elevator button was broken off and a housekeeper told us we had to put our finger in the hole with all the wiring to activate the elevator. The toilet leaked on our floor the entire week and even clogged one day.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable This was a quick in-and-out cross country business trip and I arrived fairly early after a red-eye flight from the west coast. The lady at check-in was super friendly and helpful, getting me into a room early for a quick snooze. The room was immaculate and well equipped, particularly for longer stays. The hotel itself is well placed for business in the Hampton Roads area but still in a very quiet area. All in all, this is a great choice.

Nice hotel close to amenities The hotel and the staff were very nice. I really liked the room set up although the floor in the bathroom was not clean. There were plenty of laundry facilities for the guests to use and the hotel provides complimentary detergent and fabric softener. The fitness center is small, but the equipment is of good quality. There is also a pool and gas grill for guests to use. The complimentary breakfast is good, as well. The hotel is close to a Kroger and Walmart, as well as within walking distance of ... read more
