The property fit my needs given there was a full size fridge, small stove, space to set up computer for working. Unfortunately the cleanliness was very lacking. The floors were not remotely clean, the coffee pot had a used filter with coffee grounds molded, I killed a very large roach crawling on the ceiling, and there is a very big problem with humidity. There was a nice pathway behind the facilities that backed up to a golf course. Very pretty area.

Meh Overall, the property is nice & close to many places to eat & shop. Parking wasn't too bad. Despite the odd smell in the hall & elevator, my room didn't smell weird. The king room is just enough for one or two people comfortably. The AC worked ok. All functions on the TV/ remote didn't not work. Not a big deal but not having a channel guide on the tv or a paper to indicate channels was so very annoying. The fridge/freezer functioned great. Temp housing We sold our home and are currently staying here for a month until we can move into our new home. The location is great and we are so thankful that it is pet friendly. The space is perfect for what we needed to get us through our need for temporary housing.

This property has seen better days and is in serious need of a deep clean. It’s probably been weeks since the elevator floors have been swept/mopped and the hallways vacuumed. The snack bar in the lobby was empty
