People seem to live here and at night is a big mess.
The staff are nice and try to be helpful but a lot of the problems are out of their control. There are a lot of people "living" in this place and the behaviors are not good. I was staying for a short time (just a week) and I didn't sleep well, at all. It is VERY noise (fights in the next room with crashing and screaming), a lot of loud music and talking all around the room until 4AM, parades of people in and out all night long and way too much smoking or "aromatic" cigarettes. Loved that this property is secured 24 hrs a day, ADA accessible, fitness room, and large laundry room. The room was not very clean, the room smelled like dog, the shelves were dirty, and there was a spider in the bathroom. The front desk gal wasn’t very friendly and didn’t advise of purchasing kitchen ware and how to turn off the motion lights which made for a disturbing sleep.
