The staff was excellent and very helpful. The fitness center was well kept with nothing from the equipment missing.

Cleaning surprise The check in was the best I’ve ever had. The gentleman was very friendly polite and funny. My only down fall is how empty the room is with supplies. I did find a flyer informing that we can ask for them to bring it to us, but I kinda assumed that a coffee maker with the condiments and even Kleenex would be in the room. Oh… and they need to instruct their house keeping to clean the microwave… there is a hot pocket on the dish 😳 Yea, sorry… I’m not touching that, I will throw out my own trash as requested on... read more

Staff JUST did their job. They were not patron friendly seems to be an effort to help their clients. It says breakfast, not instant oatmeal. No coffee in room. Etc.

Was good the stay. Just I found out is a living hotel, and I had to ask for towels and everything i need for my room. But we stay comfortable.
