The outside was nice. When I entered to check in the check in process was fast. When entering the room it felt comfortable. After leaving out and coming back in notice dog/ or cat food throughout the room. The television did not turn on, tried using room phone to call front desk, but it was not working. The same gentleman that check me in was also the same gentleman that came to fix tv. He was nice. Then notice you had to hold the handle on the inside and outsideto ensure the door closed.

Not the best this time Ive stayed here before and never had an issue. This time there was a dirty washcloth draped over the shower curtain, dead beatles on the heater and the floor was very sticky in the kitchen area. The parking lot was so poorly cleaned from the snow that cars were stuck when i arrived and when i left in the morning.
