The bedding was not changed

Staff was very nice and polite...unfortunately upon our arrival there was an issue involving a person on drugs and police...had issues feeling safe..we were told muffins and coffee in the morning ...there was just coffee and that ended at 1030 and we missed it...coffee should run until 11am checkout time...or have coffee makers in the room...also kitchen had nothing it no plates no utensils...i had intentions on making something to eat but couldn't

Check in was good. Staff friendly and helpful. However, when I called the front desk from my room, there was no answer the 3 different times I called. And when I went down to the front desk, there was no one there either. The room had a few issues - dirty gross desk chair, toilet seat so loose it pinched and felt like you were going to fall off, missing smoke detector above the beds. And security wise… the back doors that lead to the rooms at the end of the building kept being wedged open with rocks so people could get back ... read more

Ok hotel. Pretty basic. The kitchen had nothing - no plates, no utensils, no pans, no coffee maker or pot for boiling water.

COLD AIR WAS COMING IN OF THE BROKEN WINDOW BY THE BED. WE FROZED ALL NIGHT.
