Titie620 Upon entering the property one of the front customer rep not the one training but the other spoke so loud and asked us if we had a dog and to pull down our ask to see if we were the people she was talking about I said no but no apologies were heard from her Wow!

Nice stay only problem is you can tell it’s in the hood somewhere I left nyc and felt like I was back in nyc fro the loud ass really parties but other then that great stay
Staff is always Outstanding and always accommodating.. small issues always arise and staff takes care if it immediately.. Shout Out to Rochelle and Karl Thanks for all you do..

Nice view, good and quiet place to stay The elevator scared the crap out of me. It got stuck on me twice when going down to 1st floor. It's a good place however due to to the elevator I am not coming back.
