We only had one wash cloth but didn’t bother to ask for another because we never got the pillows we asked for. To be fair the lady at the desk was handling a lot of problems but she was not responsible for the single wash cloth. Also the breakfast was sorry. We knew it was only granola bars and instant oatmeal but they said they ran out of them yesterday. There was no hit water for the tea or the oatmeal and only coffe cups to put the oatmeal in. Great bang for your buck! Was very accommodating for the reason we got together with close family who live in all different areas. The woman Stephanie at the front was very helpful & attentive to us during our stay.

adequate the lady at the front desk was very courteous, other than that I didn't see any other staff. The hotel is nothing special - clean as far as I could see but if you are looking for a cosy, warm and welcoming place, this is not it - this hotel is the bare bones. adequate but I won't stay again.
