Underwhelming and Understaffed From the moment I walked in, this hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. Very small from past Extended Stays I've been to and felt very understaffed. The lady at the front desk who helped me check-in the night before was the same person who had helped me check out the day after. Felt like she never had a break and was all by herself in the entire building. She had guests to serve and was using both her hands to answer phone calls and her walkie talkie. She was doing it all. Fine stay There was no one at the front desk when I went to check-in. I had to wait for some time before someone came. The receipt they gave me at the end of my stay was incorrect. The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working properly. The temperature had to be put very low for the room to be cool. The room and bathroom were both clean. The local area wasn’t bad. There was a small shopping complex with a Walgreens, nail salons, and restaurants near by.
