Manager very rude. Cold water no hot, TV not working, a lot of noise in hallways - slamming doors. Hallways smelled - when booked and I called about Pet friendly was not told of fees until I got there. Would not recommend unless looking for cheap place to stay, expected a bit more from Manager to set example but was wrong.

This property was the worst experience in hospitality I’ve ever experienced. My and my wife both were covered in BED BUG BITES after only spending one night in this roach infested hotel. 0/10

staff was just as nasty as the room

There was a very rude black man, was on shift during our check in on Friday night and was also working on Sunday morning. He was unprofessional and rude to us - would recommend this man be terminated. There was a strong odor filling the room Saturday night - possible from someone cooking. Bed was very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again!

Tub paint was peeling in the tub. Kitchen was a well used. Beds were clean and comfortable
Reserved a 2 queen bed room and was told that they were sold out of them. Had a pullout that I had to go back down to get sheets. When we pulled the bed out, it was filthy. We brushed it off and covered the bed with all the sheets for a barrier.
