The place is in a quiet area, safe and everything settles by sundown, a very peaceful place to be.

The property was clean, the rooms were nice. There was no Continental breakfast oh it was just granola bars and coffee .

Easy to access next to the Oakland Airport, it's a quiet area very private and safe.

Not the worst. Roach in bathroom, probably a result of work going on in the building. Some guy in the lounge in his pjs watching CNN ar breakfast time belching loudly. Drunk long term residents hanging out in lobby knocking back budweisers. No room cleaning on any days I was there over the course of a week. Not the worst spot in Alameda, but still a 2 star hotel.
