OK for the value I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready. I was given a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking. They forgot to leave soap, shampoo and coffee in the room. No one was ever at the front desk, and there was no phone, bell or anything to alert anyone who might be in the back. They claimed to be short-staffed the two days I was there. Very good for the price...The hallways and elevator smelled terrible tho :( Otherwise the room was pretty good.

overall good The only disappointment was you have to check in by 10 pm or it automatically cancels your reservation. It did not say this on the site when I booked or on the confirmation. So when we arrived at 10:30pm the manager told us in frustrated tone. He was in the middle of an audit. He said he would help us when we were done. So after are wait which wasn't too long probably 15 minutes or so.
