Great location; great price! The ladies at the front desk were friendly, courteous, and informative. The hotel is well-located, but older than most around it. The rooms were clean but not updated. It was a non-smoking room, but it was obvious that someone had previously been smoking in there. Overall a pleasant stay; it would be excellent for business or families traveling with children since there are full kitchens in the rooms.

Excellent location, good service, aging hotel This hotel sits among many restaurants and shopping areas and is easily accessible from NW Expressway. Our nonsmoking room was ready for us on arrival. It was large with complete kitchen and comfortably cool, in spite of the outside temps in the upper 90s. One of our lamps would not work. We switched bulbs and it still didn't work. All in all, a good stay for us. We have stayed at this motel 4 times in the last year. It's location and friendly service brings us back. Twice the room we stayed in was really clean, comfortable, and like a home away from home. The other times, the room was much smaller, the bathtub's stopper was gone, and the television was small. One of those times, our "non-smoking" room was so smoky we couldn't stay. wow This was my first visit to Extended Stay and I loved it! The room was spacious and comfortable. I've already recommended it to someone.

Pleased The hotel was very nice. It was so convenient to have a kitchen in our room. The room was clean, and comfortable. Something to note is that dishwashing detergent was provided, but there was no dish soap for the sink. Also, the maid tried to come into our room three times before we checked out. The check out time was 11:00, and that's when we planned to leave. I told the maid that we would not be leaving until that time, and that we would like to be undisturbed, but she came back two more times.
