DIRTY AND SMELLY My room was dirty garbage and used towels left in room The place smelled I did report it to manager and i left I had 2 rooms there he only refunded me for 1st room stated other room was clean I told him that i booked 2 room so that my friend and i woild be at same place why would i want to keep that other room

On the reservation I had booked a room with two beds. When I arrived they informed me they didn’t even have rooms with two beds and wanted to send me somewhere else, further away from where I needed to be. So I left and booked a room in a hotel next to this one.

I was supposed to check in at 3, and at 3 they said it would be 20 minutes before a room was cleaned. An hour later they said they still needed 20 minutes. I left and asked if I could get a refund and they said yes, never got a refund..

Honestly, was extremely taken back by the cleanliness of this establishment. It was convenient because I finished procedures late and just needed a place to rest for the night. There was toilet cleaner hardened inside the toilet, hair all in the shower and on the shower curtain, used towels and rags left in the bathroom as well as a cockroach on the towel. Super unimpressed and I won’t be back.

The floor was filthy. The bathroom has something red all over the floor. I was supposed to have had a sofa in the room but didn’t. Had to ask twice to get a pillow. There were none on the bed. The bedside lamp didn’t work. The plug in didn’t charge my phone so I guess it didn’t work. The outside lighting is bad
