Not impressed The outside looked like old army barracks. The inside was not much better, and there was a musty smell throughout the facility. The continental breakfast was granola bars, small muffins and coffee. Can't really think of a bright spot involving this stay.

Needs updates and a thorough cleaning! Sadly, I was not impressed with Extended Stay NW Expressway in OKC. First, they didn't have the room we requested. It took twenty minutes to even find our reservation, only to be told they didn't have that room due to "maintenance" issues. I was grateful that they offered two queen rooms instead - so the three of us found a place to sleep after all. Construction & noise There was construction in the main area well past 11:30PM and only when I ask how long, ( they said till 12:30 am) it finally stopped. then about 2AM there was very loud talking at the front desk. sounded like the front desk clerk and guests.

Looks good from the pics The room smelled like an old ashtray. It reeked of stall smoke. The towels, bed linens, everything even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smoke detector had been disabled. The floor was so sticky that our shoes stuck has we walked in.
I'd rate them a zero if I could. Waited 15 minutes before I could check in while the girl at the front desk chatted about all her tattoos, our nonsmoking room reeked of cigarettes, smoke detector dangled from the ceiling clearly not working, ketchup or some sauce splattered all over the walls, blood stained sheets, among many other issues. When I asked the girl at the desk to have our room cleaned she said the housekeepers are gone for the day! I was truly amazed by my experience here. I of course, did not stay there.

Very dirty and unkempt facility! The photos on Expedia did not represent the condition of the hotel at all! The carpet was stained and coming up in places. The comforter had a dark red stain on it, so had to ask for a new blanket and slept with only the sheet and blanket. The towels were stained from previous uses. We felt so dirty here that we didn't even take off our shoes except to shower before bed. I guess the moral of the story is you get what you pay for here.
Stay Elsewhere This non-smoking room smelled like smoke due to the poor ventilation. People in surrounding rooms (presumably smoking-designated rooms) smoked all day/night and the smoke filled my room almost completely. There were stains all over the carpet, the elevator hasn't been cleaned in days or longer (the same candy wrapper that was in one corner when I checked in was there when I checked out 2 days later), the walls were paper thin, and the "continental breakfast" was the most meager I've ever seen.

I COULD NOT EVEN GET A ROOM!! I BOOKED THE ROOM ON EXPEDIA AND WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL, A WOMAN WHO SAID SHE WAS THE CLEANING LADY AND DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING WAS THERE. SHE SAID THE MANAGERS HAD JUST WALKED OUT AND WERE NOT THERE AND SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I ACTUALLY GOT TO THE HOTEL AND ALL THE NUMBERS WENT TO THE FAX MACHINE.
