Nothing spectacular On arrival didn't have a room- blamed on the prepay of the online company. Offered me a smoking when requested nonsmoking. Air conditioner broken in room took 2 days to fix. Floors in hotel are uneven. Paint had a dirty appearance.

To hard to find drove around for 30 minutes trying Room was ok scary people hanging around. Bathtub was totally disgusting. Will never stay there again.

Not my cup of tea... I'm not sure if it was just this location, or if all Extended Stay Americas are the same..... but what I do know is that I was disappointed with my experience at this location! Upon arrival, I was told the room I'd reserved was not yet available and had not yet been cleaned. To avoid a 45 minute wait, I agreed to be checked in to the next available room; only to discover it wasn't clean either! Won't go back I was staying at the extended stay because I was having surgery the next day. I got to the city pretty late. We went to check in and get our key she told us where are room was. We put the key in & the room had never been cleaned from the previous person. We went back to the desk & she put us in another room however it was a smoking room. By this time it was almost 1am & I had to be up at 5 to go check in for my surgery.

Business seminar The room was supposed to be non-smoking, however, the whole hotel reeked of smoke including our room. There were cigarette burns on the comforter. There was a red stain on the fitted sheet that I hope was fingernail polish and stains that looked like blood as well. The outside of the hotel looks nice and so does the lobby, but that is where it ends. The rooms and hallways need a major renovation. ewww The smell in the halls and room were terrible. The room had confetti from tge last guest on tge floor and i even found some when i pulled the bedspread back. The exit door closest to our room had a broken key entry so it stayed propped open with a trash can. My husband closed it about midnight and when we left at 6 am it had already been propped back open. I would definitely spend a little extra to stay at a nicer place next time. You totally get what you pay for.

Not at all good I didn't like anything about this Hotel. The passage smelled very bad..the carpet in my room was horrible...I stayed for 4 nights and there was no room service at all...not even once...even though I booked non smoking room the bathroom smelled like if someone smoked in there...I will never ever stay there again and will not recommend anyone...

overall hotel was very dirty The room smelled like a dirty dog and there was no soap in bathroom and only 1 towel. There were stains every where on the carpet. The hallways looked like a war zone with carpet ripped up in certain areas and stains on the walls and floors. The location is great but the hotel is bad.
