Staff was very good but understaffed as I had to wait to get into a room the lobby area and halls were not very clean there were no amenities not even coffee.

I like the privacy and the location but the staff was all rude except one older gentleman working nights front desk. Never once had housekeeping come by when asking for shampoo soap etc utensils was told didnot have any in order to recieve fresh towels or bedding had to bring ours ro them to be washed and wait till done. Not provided kitchen utensils !! Had to vacuum our own floor aftee asking tepeatedly for a vacuum that worked

The front desk lady was so RUDE & unprofessional. Many things were limited due to covid & I asked for non-smoking room but it didn’t smell that way.
