the stay was a pleasant experience. the toilet was clogged and was resolved right away but never got replacement towels. the staff was friendly to myself and family

CRACK PIPE IN MY ROOM We had a special request to check in early, it was accepted by the hotel when we reserved our room. When we arrived at the hotel the general manager Lori informed us she wouldn't check us in until 3 pm that afternoon. Without even looking at or reservation she send us out the door, this forced me and my fiancé to go without sleep for over 30 hours as we had been up since 5 the previous morning. Just a regular hotel Many supplies were not ready at the time I moved in
Business visit The staff was very friendly. The "complimentary breakfast" was a joke- granola bars, instant oatmeal, stale packaged muffins and coffee. It is posted as a non-smoking facility but the elevator had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. I expected to have a kitchen set up but there wasn't one. I got the impression that the room was cleaned quickly and not set up properly. With that said I would stay there again if absolutely necessary. Lots of other hotels in the area to choose from.
Everything went well and the staff was awesome. However there was an issue with the credit card system having used Expedia and a bit of issues but everything went fine.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff Room was clean, basic and comfortable. Room was minimally furnished, we asked for blankets, hair dryer, coffee pot, and silverware. All items provided by a friendly and helpful staff. It was a little confusing to get to the location, had to drive through the Target parking lot to access hotel. Property well maintained and safe.
Clean budget hotel Typical budget hotel. Breakfast is basic muffins and hot drinks. The hotel staff are great and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
