Front desk was not available and I need to wait for sometime, Breakfast option is worst, Exhaust fan was not working and no room service

Good basic convenience. The room is basic but comfortable. The bed was a good size and very comfortable.. Bathrooms nice and clean, though the cold water was a bit slow. I always like a fridge so having a full size one could be a plus for some. The room has a kitchenette but with Covid I had to ask for drinking glasses. Limited TV channels but enough to watch.. Convenient but not clean We’ve stayed here multiple times because of the location, convenience, and price. However, I do wish it was cleaner. Every time we stay there is some sort of cleanliness issue. This time there was a sign on the door which indicated a pet was staying in the room (which is more than fine) even though we didn’t have a pet with us.
