Great service Very convenient to get to the Disney parks either by walking or using the number eight bus that takes you right into the parking lot of the hotel at stop number seven. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had accidentally left my purse with my belongings inside the hotel. When I checked out on a Saturday, I called on Monday and they were able to locate my purse and get it shipped to me out of state. I am so thankful for them being able to do this. Thank you Mo for all of your help!
Aging Facility but good location I have stayed in several of the local hotels in the Disneyland Resort area. Hard to find one at a reasonable price that delivers high quality. This hotel is fair but not exceptional. Please note, the staff is great but facility was old and it shows. Cleaning was just okay (we found some personal items left from previous guest). Less than stellar The room was large and somewhat ok, but the overall care and condition of the building was less than ideal.

It was old and needed some touch ups, but the bed was comfortable and everything worked. The breakfast was pitiful.
