There was a weird smell all around. There was broken glass on the floor. The only good thing was the location and how close it was to everything.

Roaches in kitchen and bathroom

We ended up getting a handicap room for whatever reason, that was given to us. Entering the room there was a water bottle on kitchen counter and counter was wet due to frozen bottle left to defrost. Under the bed there was lots of dust and found a zippy cup.

Needs new mattresses We stayed in a room on the first floor. The bed in the room was so worn out that when we laid down, we touched the box spring. The room had a musty type smell, like it had been a former smoking room or something. The sink was also cracked, but didnt seem to leak. The water pressure was not the worst ive ever had, but by no means fantastic. The staff was friendly and the hotel seemed to be nice other than the room...

We pre-checked because i ("owner")could not be there at regular check-in time. When my husband tried to get keys later, the desk clerk refused to honor the pre-check (at 11 PM) and only contacted a manager for approval after he insisted and called me to help intervene. Anthony very much gave an attitude of not caring and not wanting to help. The shower curtain in the room had feces on it. Someone came to remove it, but never replaced it. Loved the area, the room location was good...Just some construction next door and hallway painting.. You should be front and center with the room cleaning when/what do we do?
