Disney trip Nice place, not to good of a continental breakfast, no pool which sucked.

청소도 안해준답니다 방청고를 안해주어서 정말 힘들었습니다,front desk에 말해도 알았다하고는 안해주구요,타올등이 없어서 달래도 묵묵.ㅇ3일정도 지나고 청소 해주었구요.아침식사는 정말 암것두 없구요 머핀 몇개와 커피.어차피 저희는 있었지만 절대 추천하지 마세요.출장이었는데 위치만 주면에 식당이 있어 편리했어요.옆에있는 hyatt house.와 비교함 비슷한 rate인데 말도 안되요

Don't do it I book a lot of our hotels from hotels.com...this was the worse! We called hotels.com and they couldn't move us until the next day.... The hotel is dared, and scuzzy. M human hurt himself and we had to go to hospital ER,and when returned at 1:00am there was no one at front desk, the doors were wide open. We booked to rooms as we were a family and they could not get us on the same floor. We had to ask front desk for to.it paper. It felt like this was a hotel for people on public assistance. booking to sleep 8, only to find beds for 6 My reservation request to hotels.com was for accommodation for 5 adults and 3 children and they offered 2 apartment suites at this hotel to meet the need. When we arrive at the hotel, the beds available in our rooms would only take 6 people. 2 people were going to have to sleep on the floor. After some pleading from my mother, the desk manager provided us with the only free room available-the one reserved for night employees. One night was enough to check-out early We arrived from out of town late and were provided rooms that smelled unclean. When we opened our door the kitchen smelled like urine. The bathroom had a roach crawling across the floor. Also it stated 3 miles and was actually 6 miles from Disneyland
