Not a happy customer I usually leave positive comments but this stay was not good. The hotel was nice BUT there were a few problems. We get to the room and there is no toilet paper, and after a 5 hour drive you really need to go. We had a kitchen in our room but there was not dishes they were available UPON REQUEST. I have never stayed in a room with a kitchen where i had to request for dishes. THEN after a busy day the fire alarm goes off at 3 in the morning. Quality of Hotel This hotel is in need of better ventilation through out the hall ways and rooms.. It smells of musk and wishing you didn't book here when entering. (Not even in the room yet) It's very out dated with the popcorn ceilings which harbors odors from long ago, carpet has seen it's long over time wear. It was not pleasing when you book for a vacation. Left the room for the whole day wishing not to go back. I would not recommend this hotel. Sorry,

Couldn't wait to leave We stayed here for the weekend to visit Disneyland because it was the only reasonably priced hotel still available. I was so grossed out and could not wait to leave. The room smelled so bad - we held our breath when walking in. If we would have stayed any longer I would have gone to the store for a candle or air freshner. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the spout wouldn't go up. We used the sink when we arrived and it hadn't drained by the time we left 3 days later. The free breakfast is granola b... read more

Will never stay at any Extended Stay America again Got to Anaheim a day sooner than thought so needed a quick hotel for me and my family before going to are primary hotel closer to Disneyland. Got to hotel and then checked in, room smelled like fish, there were red stains all over carpet. I could tell bedding had not been washed. Hall ways of hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Extreme rate increase I stay here frequently but from January til now the price of rooms have literally double making it no longer worth the money.

Beds were so uncomfortable The beds were so uncomfortable but it was quiet and pretty clean. Please be advised this is a 30 min drive from Disneyland. It's no where close to it.

It was a nightmare! Had a confirm reservation thru Expidia/ got to Hotel and they just told me Expidia had oversold the rooms and we'll send you to another hotel like 20/30 min away! After driving from SF to LA on a stormy/rainy day plus the awful traffic in LA the only thing I want it to do was rest..! I'll not recomend this hotel to no one! Noisy/dirty/Just find something better...!
