Rooms had strange odor and a door handle came off in my hand. The clerk did change our room for us with no problem but it should not have happened.

Not so great When we Checked into our room the trash in the room was full, there was hair on the bathroom sink, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch to accommodate our full party. Plus the continental breakfast is a joke, it's basically coffee, apples & oranges. And it's not close to Disneyland like it advertises, if I would have known all this I would have stayed somewhere else!!

Not close to Disneyland! Hair everywhere, nail clippings, bad odor in room, stained sheets, bathroom smelled like urine. Might as well stayed at Motel 6

Not what I expected I was pretty disappointed with my experience. When I arrived everything seemed nice enough but as time went on things got worse. You have to constantly ask for clean towels and when you do staff seems a little put out to get them for you. There was one day they even gave me dirty towels with hair and makeup on them (so gross!). In the 6 days we were there they never came and restocked the room. close to disney they did not have bath towels and when i asked them they said that i had to wait 20 mins later they informed me that had to wait 30 mins, almost one hour, so i never got towels to take a shower. it said that my room was a smoke free but smelled like smoke inside of my room.

Extended Nay I understand this hotel is usually for people who stay for a longer period of time, but our room was super dirty. When we first entered the room, it "looked" clean. But taking a closer looks, the towels and bed sheets all had very noticeable stains. Not sure if these were previously used from the people before or if these were actually clean. The whole stay I was paranoid about bed bugs, not that there are or aren't.. That's how sketchy our room was.

Extended Stay in Cypress CA This hotel has a very friendly staff. However, I was disappointed that I requested a non smoking room and I was put in a smoking room. The front desk offered a 5% discount for the inconvenience which I never received. I was also told I would be moved to a non smoking room the next day and I wasn't. A 5% discount is an insult for this type of inconvenience.

Worst Stay in OC I actually booked this hotel by accident. I wanted to stay at the Hampton Inn but apparently booked the wrong place! Oh well right? Wrong. This place was terrible and may be my worst stay in Orange County. The towels were STAINED and had hair on it. The bathroom did not have shampoo. Is it because this is extended stay where you need your own? Not sure but I only stayed for 1 night so I wasn't going to go buy my own. The in room telephone didn't work, was not connected to a line.
