Extended stay Cypress Room was good but the bedsheets were not in good condition. Breakfast was mentioned but all we got was a few muffins and some granola bars, so its better that they do not mention about the breakfast. Since its an extended stay so having a kitchenette and microwave definitely helps a lot.
Terrible Experience I must say that it was one of the worst experiences I have had in my many years of travel. It all started out when I checked into the facility and was “greeted” by the rude behavior of the front desk clerk. I think that she was irritated that she had to work on Christmas Day. Not a very comfortable room I asked for a quiet room and was given a room over looking the Wendy's drive thru window.... I had to endure slamming doors that sounded like my door was slamming until 1 am..... I will not ever stay at this hotel again...
Disappointed Hotel was basic It was supposed to be revamped but my room was out of the 80s No room cleaning for less than a 7 day trip which is ridiculous for this price room The bed was comfortable though

Will not stay again I chose this hotel for a quick 2 night stay and it was disappointing to say the least. The staff used my non-smoking room reservation for someone else and swapped me for a smoking room. On the first morning another guest used their key and it opened our door and tried to enter, good thing we locked the top lock. I wasn't comfortable leaving my belongings in the room while I was away, so I packed and unpacked my car twice.
You get what you pay for Employees were rude and untrained. Our room had a broken night stand, broken shower with no shower head, no remote for the tv (which we got charged for) AND the fridge wouldn't stay cold constantly.

Close to my sisters place Ants everywhere. Bathroom not very clean. Smell coming fr bathroom. Though we requested for non smoking but room near the exit where people go out to smoke and hang around
