My visit was almost perfect until a family moved in across from my room who were loud slamming doors all night the doors are loud when opening and closing. The hotel should locked the side doors having their guests use one main entrance otherwise their guests are having sleepless nights. Everytime I'd fall asleep the door would either open or slam shut startling me at night. This went on until 4am

Was greeted with a smile by Mel right when I walked in the door. She was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to lots of food options for a solo dinner while traveling for work. The room also had a full kitchen with large refrigerator and microwave if you were planning to stay longer.
