It's very clean and safe. However, one of the managers is very rude. He with a maid came into my room when I was in bed and apparently thought that I was supposed to be checked out. I rebooked for a couple more days. He said he would check and get back to me. He never came back as he said he would, and he never apologized to me. He also shut off my room keys. The cleaning people are very loud, so it was hard to rest and get sleep. The rest of the staff has been great. I would recommend the hotel.

I like the studio apartment layout. Kitchenette and dining area. Lots of parking. Close to freeway and the Irvine Spectrum.
Not bad; not great. It was a decent stay that had problems due to lack of staffing. First, the top of the refrigerator was dusty and had hair on it. It is a shorter refrigerator as I am 5'9" and could easily see it. The bathtub looked like someone had took a knife to it as it was chipped in the paint. These are things easily fixed or updated and wasn't a huge pain. My biggest problem was my check out.
