The person at the front desk did her best under the unfortunate circumstance of limited cleaning staff. As a result, I waited up to 20 minutes to get checked in. I did receive a little bit of a discount for the inconvenience but that did not make up for me being late to a wedding. Possibly this was a random situation. Also, the shower curtain did not stop water from pouring onto the bathroom floor. This hotel is not on my list for future stays.

If a hotel charges for smoking in the rooms, then why assign that same room to another guest without properly airing it out or trying to mask the odor? Our first room smelled so strongly of cigarettes we could smell it 3 rooms away - we got a new room with a dirty floor and had to ask for it to be cleaned. The breakfast wasn’t much at all, but fine if you like pastries and coffee. The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel processes left us feeling uncomfortable.
