Was really surprised at how basic the room was. There wasn't a blow dryer or even conditioner in the bathroom. The towels were gross and the tub dripped so loudly that we had to put a towel over it and close the door to sleep.

Great staff and service I had forgotten a very important item and was really concerned but Angela at checkin was extremely helpful and gelped me resolve problem right away. Her customer service and displayed professionalism abd compassion were so appreciated!
