I was checked into a dirty room. The sink did not drain. The shower was dirty. The rooms are in need of repair.

Very disappointing and upset. Wrong room keys given to me upon check in. Somebody else was occupying room!!! Dirty and noisy hallways.

Dirty kitchen, food left in drawers. Zero amenities here. No utensils etc. No blow dryer, no ice machines. For an extended stay it was extremely stripped down. Front desk staff was absent most of the time and when actually there rude and short. No greetings when entering and no help with things missing. Grab and go breakfast did not happen, coffee only. Complete waste of money.

This property looks okay outside. One of the staff was not following protocol. I was checked into a filthy room! The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the shower was plugged up and dirty. The sheets and pillows were dirty. Just eeeewwww!

I booked three rooms with two double beds each for my father-in-law and his group several days in advance. When they arrived late at night to check in, none of the rooms we reserved were available. Instead, they were only given two rooms with a single king bed each—a completely different setup from what was needed and confirmed.
