Check in time is supposed to be 3:00pm we showed up at 6:00pm and the room still wasn’t ready. We were made to wait 30 minutes which made us late to our friends wedding event. After waiting for 30 min, they moved us to another room down the hall so we waited for nothing. We were made to wait on the lobby. They didn’t have bathrooms we could use after we drove over an 1.5 hours. I never experienced this any of your other places, room was dirty , staff were not service oriented, upstairs noise was keeping me awake , ask for couple of glasses they gave me cup with bad face. Cabinets are broken

This hotel was dirty. There’s no people to clean the rooms. There’s no ice machines, the refrigerator and freezer smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The tv did not work. Would not recommend. The mattress is springs and not comfortable at all, and people actually live there. Terrible.

Gave my room away I reserved my room 2 days ago. When I got there to check in I was informed that the room was given to someone else because “It’s a weekend and it’s busy” What kind of service is that?

The facility is filthy , floors smell bad . You better check the smell of sink in room 118 which I occupied for two days on April 9 and 10 ,2025 .It smelled like sewage because it dose not drain . I suffered of tense unpleasant cooking smell every night after MIDNIGHT !! . I had to use air refresher EVERY NIGHT . I blame my self for selecting EXPEDIA to make reservation at Extended stay america in lake forest , Ca .
