The elevator was out of order... They told me before I paid at least. The extra walking wasn't bad until I got to my room on 3rd floor (room 304) with a hot pizza and I had to go back to the desk to have my keycard reprogrammed... Luckily this only happened once in my 2 night stay. I travel a lot and assumed check out time was noon... But of course I got the dreaded hotel staff knock at 1115... Gross Sheets had stains, sinks were clogged and overall cleanliness was gross.

Avoid. Elevator wasn’t working and I was on the 3rd floor. No breakfast other than bad coffee and packaged pastries. Supervisor Alvin wouldn’t bring me a cup, plate or any cutlery, dishes. And not one cup in the room. Trash piled outside near receptacles. Hard pass!

DO NOT STAY HERE Stayed at this hotel for a family event. First the elevator didn’t work which is understandable going through maintenance. Went into the room and was met with a horrible smell. Went to wash my hand and ALL the towels were stained, bed sheets were stained floor was dirty. It honestly seems like NO ONE cleaned the room. Was pretty disgusted and had to go to the store to buy towels and a blanket to cover the bed because it just felt icky to sleep on the stained bedsheets and pillow. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was by far the worst. I’m pretty sure if I would’ve died in the lobby it would’ve taken them two weeks to figure it out. One thing for sure it would’ve been more comfortable than the bed that was in room. It would be hard for me to choose between being homeless on the street or sleeping in one of their rooms again.
