Sandra was very helpful when I had my phone stolen at local restaurant. Hair dryer did not work. Bathroom door should be able to be left open.

My room was very noisy. I had to use the fan from the air conditioning to mask the sound of the highway traffic.

Lack of communication. The garbage was supposed to be taken in the back and they never said anything. We put it outside the room like everyone else and we got scolded. It was a cheap in term of pricing and we got charged every week of our stay. After certain hours, the front door will lock and you will have to use the card to enter, that information was also not given and I took my parents a little too late ( around 9 pm) and they got scolded for not using the card when they did not have any knowledge. By the time I got there to check in, I just wanted to settle down heat something up to eat and go to bed. I was very disappointed by checking all the doors and cabinets I had no tensile or anything to heat anything (pots or pans) except for the microwave. And then I didn't have a plate to put my food on! I didn't have the energy nor the patience to wait and call downstairs so those items. I feel they should have been there waiting for me.
