The floors were pretty dirty. The refrigerator was rusting on the outside. There were red ant nests out the side door in the grass (my daughter was bitten multiple times, and that exit could not be reentered with the keycard - broken. Our shower faucet leaked with a steady stream. The first room we were assigned smelled of smoke which we immediately reported and they changed our room. The hallways smelled of urine and smoke, and loud talking and music could be heard at all hours.

Pleasant, I would stay again. I would suggest coffee and cream being available 24 hrs in the lobby for guests.The facility will hand you a coffee maker to make you own in your room, but it never taste the same .

Great spot in the cut but still in the thick of it Great spot. Easy to find. Isn’t too loud. Lots of places close. Large rooms. Great kitchen setup. Friendly staff. Definitely my new favorite for the area.

The staff was very friendly but my biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was not fully cleaned; there was a layer of dirt on the bathroom floor and I had to put down towels to cover it up. There’s also a bad smell throughout the hotel itself.
my concern is that the broadband is very limited for wi-fi so I have to use my data plan in order to use my ipad or iphone
