Housekeeping - one of the housekeepers was very rude to me when I empty trash in her cart : she knocked on room door and told me not put any trash in her cart again with a additude. This women had long braids in her hair she was very young was going to report her just decide to go to another hotel .

Spacious room, not far from shops or restaurants by car. Nice walks - surroundings neat outside, lakes with birds and turtles.

Ok overall The location of he hotel was close to everything which was great. The staff at the hotel were impersonal and it almost felt as if you were bothering them or in their way when it came down to checking into the hotel. The room was clean although the second floor and the room did have a funny smell to it but overall it was ok

The room smelled and felt dated. Could use some sprucing up, especially in the kitchen

Location was nice and space of the room. Also pet friendly. What I didnt like was our room location was at an exit - people would put the carpet or a twig to leave the back door unlocked which is a security issue. Where is hotel security or the hotel cameras??

My room could of been cleaner there were wash towels left over the shower curtain I always stay here when I visit Orlando however this room wasn’t the greatest this time also had a small odor
