I had reserved an accessible room. The first room I got was not an accessible room and only had grab bars at the water closet. No bars in the tub/shower. The tub/shower water diverter did not work properly and had as much water still coming out of the tub spout as the shower. There was also a water leak coming in under the wall at the toilet paper holder which was no where near the tub/shower and apparently either from the unit above or next to that one.
