Ziza Kurtic Hello, Just epxensvise for a one night but the hotel was not cleaned stains everywhere. And they even take $20 dollars for deposit makes no sense when the hotel wasnt cleaned right please look at the photos. This is def not acceptable.I would like to get my refund.

Boa relação custo/benefício. Apesar de mais antigo, o hotel nos atendeu pela ótima relação custo/benefício. Agora vou aguardar o reembolso do valor que foi cobrado no check in, como garantia para cobrir danos que porventura fizéssemos ao apartamento. Já percebi que “esquecer” este reembolso é uma prática comum - há sim exceções, é claro. No caso atual, vamos aguardar algum tempo.

On a bien apprécié notre séjour de 15 nuits. On se sens comme à la maison, avec ta propre cuisinette, très practique pour les vacances en familles si on ne veut pas dépenser une fortune en resto. Le personnel super gentil, on avait des fois des demandes un peu farfelues (Clip paper, scotch tape, etc) et ils été tjrs prêts à aider. J’ai demandé changer de chambre après la première nuit à cause des allergies au tapis de la chambre et on me échanger dans une chambre avec plancher flottant. Home Walked in and felt like home right away with the front desk “Felisha” made us feel welcomed nice and funny!!! Our family adored her a lot! Rooms were big! Bathroom was small but worked!
You get what you pay for. We stayed one nigh. Kitchen was not equipped and there was no blow dryer in bathroom. There was also a musty smell in the hallway. Besides that location is good and customer service was fast.
