I have stayed at this hotel every time I have come to Orlando! The carpet in the room was very dirty! The pop and ice machine was out of service at the same time! This will probably be my last time booking this hotel! The staff is the high light of the hotel!!!

Good Enough Room did not smell clean but was tidy. Walls are very thin, we could hear normal conversations in the room next to us. Front desk was polite and efficient. No breakfast food left by 9am.

Ideal for family
Shabby but clean and cheap. This hotel is OK if you plan on staying for a week or more, saving money, and doing nearly everything yourself. This hotel is severely understaffed and underserviced. The front desk host is very often away from the desk doing the laundry or other various chores. I called the front desk 6-7 times and they only answered once. The pool was closed the whole time. Breakfast was a joke. Open the bar back up. Covid is over.
