Bugs in the room, moldy garbage can, not enough dish ware and cook ware, microwave plate not correct so it didn’t work properly, ants in the ice maker, no blankets for pullout couch, no enough kitchen towels available (had one for whole week), water pressure insufficient, no bathroom storage, needed more staff - not prepared for convention crowd.

It wasn't too bad and it wasn't all that but it served it's purpose. Maybe some better breakfast options... addition of some fruits at least

There was a stain on the of the comforters, on our last night as we were packing my son found a roach crawling on the table. The staff was really nice however we weren’t able to let anyone know. No one was at the front desk when we left.

Great place! I will definitely go back! The hotel was very clean and the room was clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but the room is big and spacious.

Staff is very helpful and professional, the place is safe and ckean, walking distance to everything. Wifi not so good.
