Overall, our stay was great. However, you have to check out items including cutlery and cups from the front desk. While we were waiting several people asked for items that the front desk staff they were out of. Simple items like these should be provided in the rooms. Additionally, a big draw for us was the shuttle to Universal. The shuttle only runs from the hotel to the parks twice in the morning and comes back twice in the evening. First time staying at this Hotel. It was like staying at a mini apartment that had plenty of amenities. Staff was also extremely friendly.

Love to stay here. Staff us always helpful and friendly! The rooms are spacious ,clean and up to date. This our first time having a poolside room. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper because the smoking area is outside the pool and it echos at night and you can hear the smokers all night talking. Close to universal. We have been using this site for over 2 years will continue to stay here!!

disappointed Friendly staff, clean room. I have stayed here before with no complaints but this time my room should not have been available. The a/c didn’t work must of the night and when I tried cooking me some breakfast the stove didn’t work neither. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room.
