Location is excellent but lack of housekeeping is a spoiler

Alright Rooms need to be updated. Kinda smelly in the hall ways. But rooms were pretty spacious and beds are comfortable

Close to the Disney Springs and ICON Orlando. Shuttle service for Disney world was of much help.

I won’t allow one rotten apple destroy my return I got to the hotel around 11 I called and advised I would be late. The person her answer was great he was a male but don’t remember the name. When I arrived to the hotel I waited 15 minutes alone because there wasn’t anyone at the desk finally a young lady came from the back. She wasn’t pleasant at all it looked like she may have been asleep.

I like that there was a barbecue by the pool. We were able to enjoy a family quality dinner together as a family home cooked away from home. I didn’t like that the trash nor room was cleaned throughout our stay. We were informed unless a person stays at least 5 days they gone clean the rooms nor throw the trans away. That was the first I’ve ever heard of that.
