I liked the location of course of the property. Our room had a problem with ants the first night and toilet the next morni in g and the staff was very prompt in giving us a new room and handling the problems in the other room. I did not like the shuttle service for disney. Yes it is free, however I think there should be some information given that the shuttle does pick up at 6 or 7 other hotels. Ok place to stay. No frills, very basic breakfast, but did room was adequate.

Communication from front desk 2 housekeeping sucks On two separate occasions I've asked for a late check-out and at around 11am, (mind you, they gave us until 12pm), instead of knocking, house keeping has walked right into my room as I was having sex! The first guy just stood there watching until I threw a towel at him and screamed for him to get out. When I told the front desk they apologized and said it wouldn't happen again but it did! Odd hotel. The staff were very friendly, and perhaps it is just my not understanding of how this hotel works, but our room was never cleaned, and all dishes, utensils, soap, paper products, cookwear, etcetera had to be requested.

They say they offer breakfast but the do not. We arrive just after opening. There was no milk, no juice etc. Only ber bland, stale bagels.
