Just what we needed Stayed one night with the family for a weekend adventure. Rooms was clean and spacious. Breakfast could have had more variety though. Overall, happy with our stay.

Not the best but not the worst either. If booked through a 3rd party you'll have to pay additional for housekeeping. There are no ice buckets in the rooms. I asked the front desk for cups to get ice (out side in the laundry room) they gave me a plastic garbage bag.

Great location My complaints are the lack of cleanliness in the vanity area. The toilet and shower were to cramped in. The carpet inside the room was stained, needs to be replaced. The breakfast was great as grab and go.

Untrained Staff I had an overnight flight and had to check in at 6:am. I had called prior to my arrival and was assured this would be OK. My room reservation was canceled when I arrived though, and the clerk did not know how to recover it. She checked me in anyway, and the manager figured it out later. Upon check out, we wanted to leave our bags until later in the day, but the clerk did not know the procedure. I hate Orlando Noisy kids stomping around upstairs... staff was willing to move my room. Long black hairs on bathroom and dirty under the bed.
