Checked into a room that had roaches. Was moved to a second room that room was not clean. Walked in drawers were full and open, beds were not made. I Was finally moved to a third room that was a lot better. I was told I would receive a refund for one of my ten nights I booked it’s been a month and I haven’t received a refund or any updates.

This property was absolutely atrocious! I was in room 334 and on my left was 336 with individuals that actually lived in the hotel. Yelling and cursing and slamming doors all night, one of the residents from 336 walked by me and bumped me with no apology. I spoke to the front desk who stated their manager would reach out to me since I was at a conference all day and no one ever called. Couldn’t understand the lady at the check in desk over her music. Roaches in the room, bathroom floor was rotted out, tin foil over the smoke detector, crumbs on the bed, grease built up on top of the fridge

Staff was unprofessional and rude. The hotel was filthy and my room didn’t have a TV remote, there was public hair all over the bathroom. It was disgusting. I’ll never come back here.

The tub in our room was disgusting. Stained and dated. There was hair 8n the shower, on the wall and mold on the ground. The face of the tub looked like it had never been cleaned. We couldn't take showers because we were so grossed out by it. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.The beds were good. The rooms are very basic. Its didn't seem very inviting.
