Good and pleasant. It was great, everything is close. Not the best breakfast but we have a kitchen in our room, so we managed. The front desk staff is A+

5 day birthday getaway. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Checking in was an easy process and the location is great. There's a lot of restaurants and plenty of things to do within walking distance. Pool is nice and refreshing for the hot Florida sun. Breakfast is very basic and simple, I personally feel like it does end a little early. Extended Stay Orlando Convention Stayed here in early October 2017. Attended a professional conference. Convention center is 5 min driving. Too far to walk. Hotel room was not as clean as it should be. There were hairs in the sheets and a couple of bath towels. Staff said that sheets had been washed but during the dryer process the hairs stick to the sheets. Regardless of the excuse it was not appropriate to have hairs in the sheets/towels. Rooms were not clean(towels looked dirty/faded) - staff Appearance not very professional. Noise in the hallways at all hours. Refrigerator was pretty old and rusty/dirty on the seal. Very upset with this hotel - would never stay there again. If the price point was cheaper - I could write it off as “you get what you pay for” but there were more economical options but I choice this because of the brand/flag.

When se get into the room, the bad smell to cigarrette was really disgusting. The rest...ok for the price

Please do not over clean the room with bleach and harsh cleaners to cover up the musty cat smell and mop the floor so if we walk barefoot our feet do not stick and we have to wash our feet of the black substance that feels sticky. Thanks

The hotel was so run down. Room smelled of mildew/mold and on my last day I found a roach on my bed! Never again.
