Untrained Staff I had an overnight flight and had to check in at 6:am. I had called prior to my arrival and was assured this would be OK. My room reservation was canceled when I arrived though, and the clerk did not know how to recover it. She checked me in anyway, and the manager figured it out later. Upon check out, we wanted to leave our bags until later in the day, but the clerk did not know the procedure. Nice room, convenient location, breakfast was poor (bread, bagels, eggo waffles- needed fruit, eggs, etc)
Had problems with the room wifi
Would book again. No complaints. Everything I needed it was given to me with no problem.
nice the room was clean but pur ac was broke. it kept making a noises. The hallway and elevator was not clean. and they ran out of hot food before breakfast was over.
The bathroom is uncomfortable There were roaches that came out at night,a big one got in bed whale we were sleeping and sone other size in the kitchen.
