Did not like there were drug addicts fighting out front upon arrival. Once in the room we had to request pillows blankets and sheets as there were none. The lady at front office had to search the hotel for spare pillows as there were none to accommodate our room. Extremely disappointing, will not be returning. There also were not enough towels, no soap shampoo or conditioner. The “full kitchen” was also completely empty. Luckily we were only there for one night.
Nothing to admire anout the property. Everything was bad
Stained, Smelly, Stuffy The entire room was run down and the couch was faded and stained on the entire back. The bathroom sink was cracked and stained. There was what looked like water stain mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed was stiff and thin after being in bed a while you could feel through to the frame. Bad staff Hospitality at its worse. . Had to get urgent print and they did not help with wifi. Leaking tap in bathtub .
Broken bed. Not a clean room.
The room was horrible and the third bed ( sofa pull over) was horrible and could not sleep whole time...
Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and rust all over the refrigerator. There was also hair inside the refrigerator
Avoid! This hotel is in need of a lot of improvement and I will not recommend it for families looking for a clean room. The rooms in this extended stay are smelly and I had to wear my flip flops all the time as the carpet was not clean at all. There was a bad odor everytime we entered the room. The cable TV was SD and not HD. The water faucet was inverted so you got cold water at the hot level and vice versa. The only saving grace was the hot breakfast option of bagels and toast.
